Pessoa Analista Estratégica PL - Demand & Supply Analyst

Mission:

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Toyota Regional Office by gathering Sales and Supply possibility across all Toyota companies around the world with the intention to make possible that our distributors and customers can have the right vehicle in right place on the right time.

Challenges:

• Understand & manage Latin American market fluctuations, be prepared for adapt the supply level according to the demand conditions across all our 40 countries with different sizes, languages, cultures, economics factors and tastes.
• Be able to create forecasts about demand for establish starting points towards decision taking in future projects.
• Continuously find opportunities to improve the operations with the intention to make them leaner and smoother.

Main Responsabilities:

• Support monthly vehicle order operations and Demand & Supply (D&S) main KPI’s for assigned models throughout the monthly order cycle (Getsudo).
• Maintain close communication with regions, country specialist, Local production plants and all involved teams to successful product introduction & products supply.
• Monitor Main D&S KPI’s for each country, analyze the data and propose the best way of D&S balance to keep sustainable operation for all related parties.
• Understand customer voice and market demand in negotiations with related supply teams in Global (TMC) to secure needed support to achieve strategic goals and meet market demand.
• Analyze, propose, and follow up Demand forecast for Short, Mid, and long terms.
• Support to coordinate with various market and international teams to gather and explain data from multiple sources to formulate future sales and ordering forecasts.
• Create A3/Power Point style documents/presentations for management/executives.

Mandatory:

• Graduated in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering or related areas.
• Advanced English Mandatory.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• VBA for excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude, and willingness to take on cross-learning training to take advantage of rotational opportunities.

Desirable:

• Power BI experience or other analytics tools.
• Customer support experience.
• Proficiency with A3
